Apple Cinnamon Whole Grain Pancakes

Pancakes3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1/8 tsp Baking Soda1/8 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon1/8 cup Organic Cane Sugar1/2 cup Nonfat Milk1 medium Egg1 medium Apple, grated1 tbsp. Butter, UnsaltedMaple Butter Syrup2 tbsp Butter, Unsalted3 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
1. Mix together all dry ingredients & make a well in the center of the mixture.
2. Beat together egg & milk. Pour into well & mix carefully with a wooden spoon.
3. Add in grated apple and mix further.
4. Melt one pat of butter in pan until bubbly. Pour 1/4 cup for each pancake, cook until golden brown on each side and cooked through.
Makes 2 servings of 2-3 small pancakes each.
