Saucy Whole Wheat Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 pound of extra lean beef1 package of whole wheat spaghetti noodles1 large container of Spaghetti sauce1 can of sliced mushrooms
Directions
Brown beef in a skillet
Prepare noodles by instructions on the box
Once beef is browned drain it in a strainer and rinse it with scalding hot water until all oil has drained from strainer
Once Spaghetti noodles are done drain water from pot
Place Noodles, Beef, Spaghetti sauce, and mushrooms in a large pot and allow them to simmer togeather for about 10 minutes

Makes 8 1.5-cup servings
