1 box of Hodson Mill Whole Wheat Buttermilk Pancake Mix
2 large eggs + 3 egg whites
4 cups nonfat milk
4 tbsp canola oil
Mix batter with ingredients listed. Ladle onto hot, cooking sprayed, griddle in 1/4 c portions. When bottom is brown, flip and brown the other side.
