Veggie Salad

Ingredients
You can use whichever veggies you like most. I prefer non-spoiling vegetables, because it lasts longer, but if it gets eaten up fast, tomatoes and cucumber are good additions.2 large carrots ~ 2 stalks celery ~ 1 cup mushrooms ~ 1 cup cauliflower ~ 1 cup snow peas ~ .5 cup broccoli ~ 6 TBS light Italian or vinaigrette dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and cover and preferably let sit in the fridge for an hour before serving.
