255 grams Italpasta any style1 Large Cucumber1 Can 120 gram Flaked Light Tuna in Water4 Tbsp Newman's Own Oil & Vinegar Dressing1 Can (19 oz) Chick Peas (approx. 2.5 cup)1 Large Red Sweet Pepper2 Med. Tomatoes Nice and ripe
Prepare the pasta according to directions, after cooked drain and rinse under water to cool it down. Put pasta into large salad bowl to make mixing easier before serving.
Wash veggies, peel cucumber and dice, seed pepper and dice, dice tomatoes and put them into a large salad bowl with the dressing, tuna, chick peas and pasta. Toss gently to mix it all together, let rest in the fridge to cool before serving. Makes about 8-250/300 gram servings.
