Breakfast Omelette

Ingredients
3 lag eggs
Directions
Beat eggs together to blend wites and yolks, add tablsp of milk.
Pour into greased, 1tblsp butter, frying pan.
Cook over medium heat until top sets.
Add 1/4 cup shredded cheese.
Fold one side over other side.
Cut in half and serve, for two.
You can add herbs to taster with or instead of the cheese.
