Broccoli, Asparagus & Mushrooms Oven Grilled

1 lb Broccoli Florettes6 oz Asparagus10 Mushrooms, Large2 tsp Olive Oil
1. Clean and trim the Broccoli Florettes to similar size
2. Clean and trim Asparagus to similar size
3. Clean, trim & cut in half, large Mushrooms
4. Place vegetables in an oven proof pan
5. Drizzle 2 tsp Olive Oil over Vegetables
6. Place pan in preheated 350 degree Oven
7. Cook to preferred texture.
The size of your veggies and how crisp you want them will determine how long you cook them. Since we like our veggies still somewhat crisp, I will cook then about 10 to 12 minutes.
You can also use flavored Oils to drizzle over your veggies. I sometimes will use one that has a pepper flavor to it.
Makes 4 servings of about 1 cup.
