Ingredients
Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 3/4 cupLemons 1/4 fruit without seedsOat Bran,1/2 cup Oats 1 3/4 cupBaking Powder 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsbSalt 1/4 tsbWalnuts 1/4 cup chopped Applesauce, unsweetened 3/4 c 1/2 cupupApples dried
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin pans with oil and set aside. Combine almond milk and lemon juice in a cup and set aside for 10 min. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add almond milk /lemon juice combo and applesauce, mixing gently until moistened. Stir in dried fruit but do not over-mix. Spoon into muffin pans and bake for 20-25 min untill lightly browned. Cool for 10 min. before removing from pan
