Yet-Ca-Mein Soup

1 can of chicken broth + 1 can of water1 1/2 tbsps soya sauce3/4 cup broccoli1 scallion sliced2 fresh mushrooms sliced3 oz beef sirloin cut in thin strips5 raw shrimp shelled & deveined1 tsp canola oil for steak1 cup of egg noodles (yet-ca-mein noodles)
Cook noodles (app. 12 mins)
Drain, set aside
In soup bowl add one sliced scallion & 2 sliced mushrooms.
Add noodles.
Prepare broth in same pot as noodles to save on cleaup.
Cook broccoli till 'al-dente'.Add to soup bowl.
Cook shrimp in broth and add to bowl.
Brown slivered beef in oil, add to bowl.
Cover the ingerdients with broth and enjoy!and
