8 oz. elbow macaroni16 oz. low fat cottage cheese8 oz. reduced fat sour cream1 egg2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheeseitalian bread crumbs
cook the macaroni, drain and rinse in cold water.
dry macaroni and add cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, and shredded cheese.
mix together and put in a 2 quart baking dish.
sprinkle bread crumbs to cover the top (about 1/2 cup).
bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
makes about 6 1-cup servings
