3/4 black turtle beans,3/4 cup pinto beans,3/4 cup red kidney beans,1 large clery stalk,1/4 red onion,1 cup Kraft calorie wise sundried tomato & oregano dressing.,Soak the beans for 5 or 6 hours, then cook for about 2 - 3 hours depending on how soft you want them. Cool beans and then add the onions, celery and dressing, Store in fridge overnight to get the real flavor.
This makes enough for 8 - half cup servings. You can use canned beans to make it faster.
