Cantaloupe Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/4 c fat free mayo2 Tbsp fat free sour creamthe juice of one lemon (3 Tbsp)1/4 t ground gingerDash of salt and pepper6 ounces (one cup) cubed cooked chicken breast1 cup diced celery1 cup seedless grapes2 green onions chopped1 cantaloupe seeded and diced1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Cook chicken and sett aside.
Combine the may, sour cream, lemon juice, ginger, salt and pepper in small bowl. Set aside
Combine cooked chicken, celery, grapes, green onions, cantaloupe and almonds in large bowl.
Pour mayo mix over chicken mix and stir.

Serve right away or later
