Curried Couscous with Chick Peas

Ingredients
2 cups water1 TB Olive Oil1 TB Curry Powder ( I prefer the hot Jamaican kind to the super-bland grocery store variety)Dash CinnamonDash Nutmeg1.5 oz mini package of raisins1 1/3 cups whole wheat couscous1 cup canned chick peas, drained
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring the water, oil, seasonings, and raisins to a boil.

Remove from heat.

Add the chickpeas and couscous. Mix, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.

Fluff with fork and serve.
