Ingredients
30 Large Shrimp (raw, de-veined and peeled);1 tbsp of whole Mustard seed (slightly ground);1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1/2 tsp Red Cayenne pepper1/4 Lemon (squeezed)2 tbsp butter (melted)
Directions
This is a great dish to serve as a main course, or as an appetizer at parties (but be sure to make enough!). As a warning, this recipe uses turmeric which can and will stain, so be sure to wash your hands promptly and well to avoid yellow nails!

To prepare this recipe it would be idea to have metal skewers , a mortar and pestle to grind the mustard seeds, and a baking tray lined with tin foil for an easy clean up.

Preheat your oven to 350 F (these are also amazing on the BBQ if you're making them during the summer). Make sure your shrimp have been peeled and thawed if they were frozen. Using a mortar and pestle, grind the mustard seed coarsly to ensure that it sticks to the shrimp. Next, combine all ingredients in in a bowl and mix until shrimp are coated evenly. Now skewer your shrimp, (wash hands!) and then place them on the baking sheet and brush with them with melted butter. Bake them for 10 - 15 minutes, or until pink with a golden brown edge, serve and enjoy!

This should feed around 3 shrimp lovers, but you could certainly stretch it farther depending on the size of the appetites at your table. I hope they're as popular with your friends and family as they are with mine!
