Ingredients
1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese, Park Skim1 Large Egg1 Tblsp Whole Wheat Pancake Mix (I used Arrowhead)1 Scoop Syntrax Matrix Chocolate Protein PowderEnough water to make smooth pancake batter, about 1/4 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender, spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and cook like pancakes.

Makes two pancakes per serving.
