Ingredients
1 small onion diced1 cup diced celery.25 cup diced jalapeno peppers2 cups diced tomatoes2 cups grated summer squash1 cup brown rice.5 cup stewed tomatoesMrs. Dash to tasteMorton salt to taste
Directions
Saute the first three ingredients in olive oil until tender. Add the rest of the ingredents and simmer for one hour. This makes 8 1 cup servings.
