4 links sausage1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 red onion1 stalk broccoli8 mushrooms1 tbsp Smart Balance1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Rough chop vegetables and slice sausage. Brown sausage on 1 tbsp butter. Add the olive oil and vegetables and saute until cooked.
