Gluten and Wheat free Trail Mix

Ingredients
1/4 cup cashew nuts (or other type of nuts if preferred)1/4 cup Newman's Own Honey Nut O's (can use regular cheerios, sunflower seeds, etc if preferred).1-2 TBSP of Dairy, Soy, and Gluten free chocolate chip morsels (can use a different type of chocolate chips if preferred).
Directions
No cooking required.

Take 1/4 cup nuts and put them in a small cup or bowl.
Put the 1-2 TBSP of chocholate chips on top of the nuts
Then put the 1/4 of cereal, sunflower seed, etc. on top of chocolate chips.
Then carefullly shake the cup so that everything gets mixed together, and if you're using a bowl-then tae a spoon and mix them around that way.

    Regular Cheerios contain wheat, so you'd have to look for a gluten free brand as a substitute for the one listed. - 11/19/11
