Spicy Totelloni Soup

Ingredients
12 c. water5 oz. turkey meat (chunked or cubed)5 oz. frozen chicken tenderloin (chunked or cubed)1 c. frozen spinach2.5 c. cooked rice (or 1 1/4 c. dry)1 pkg. (8 oz) Barilla Ricotta & Spinach Tortelloni2 tsp. minced garlic1 c. mixed vegetables1/4 c. canned chili peppers1 can diced tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic & Oregano, salt-freeseasonings to taste
Directions
Put everything in a large pot with the water. Set to high, and once the soup is boiling, turn down to a low boil for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn the heat back up so the soup boils; when it's rolling, add the tortelloni and let cook for 10 minutes. Serve with crackers or salt -free tortilla chips for crumbling.
