Healthy Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 c. whole wheat flour1 c. stone ground cornmeal1 tbsp baking powder2 egg whites, whisked1 c. milk1 tsp paprika
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cornmeal, and baking powder. Then whisk in egg whites, milk and paprika.

3. Spray an 8-10" baking pan with cooking spray. Pour batter into pan. Bake for 20 min or until golden brown on top. Cut into 2" squares.
