1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1 onion, chopped1 bag mixed vegetables1 jar Punjabi Tikka Masala cooking sauce (or similar)
Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Chop onion. Spray saucepan with cooking spray. Cook chicken & onion until chicken is cooked through. I used microwave bag vegetables, so cook those while the chicken is cooking. Add vegetables & sauce jar, mix well & allow to simmer. Simmer time is your preference.
