Baked Oatmeal Bars

Ingredients
Uncooked oatmeal, 2 cupsBaking Powder, 1.5 tspSalt, 1/2 tspMilk, 1%, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Applesauce, unsweetened, .5 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tspCinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine wet ingredients, including the fruit. Then add dry ingredients. Bake in greased 8" square pan for about 45-50 minutes.

Other fruit can be used; blueberries, peaches strawberries etc. Use your judgment on quantity
