2.5 cup soft tofu2 cup soymilk1tbsp vanilla extract.5-3/4 cup dry sweetener (cane sugar, granulated sugar, whatever sweetener you want)2tbsp maple syrup.25 tsp tumeric.25 tsp nutmeg.5-1cup rum (optional)

get a blender. puree all ingredients thoroughly until smooth and creamy. serve well chilled. makes 2-4 serving.
