Spinach manicotti

1 c. frozen spinach1/2 c. grated Parmesan1 15 oz. pkg. part-skim Ricotta1 c. skim milk1/2 tbsp. minced onion flakes1 tbsp. oregano1 8 oz. pkg. Manicotti shells1c. Ragu Robusto, Parmesan & Romano sauce1 c. water
Mix spinach, ricotta, parmesan, milk and spices in large bowl. Stuff spinach mixture into manicotti shells, and place in 13 x 9 in. pan. Mix water and sauce in measuring cup, then pour over manicotti. Bake at 400, covered, for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, tuning the shells over halfway through cooking.
For variations, add salad shrimp (drained) to the spinach mixture, or cut up Italian sausage.
