Decadent Chocolate Cake (almost fat-free!)

All-Purpose Flour (1-1/4 cup)Unsweetened Cocoa (1/2 cup)Corn Starch (1/4 cup)Baking Powder (1 tsp)Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)Salt (1/2 tsp)Splenda Baking Blend (1-1/4 cup)Water (1 cup)Egg Whites (from 3 large eggs)Corn Syrup (1/2 cup)
* In large bowl combine flour, cocoa, corn starch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
* In medium bowl with wire whisk or fork stir sugar & water for 1 minute.
* Add egg whites & corn syrup to sugar and water, stir until blended.
* Gradually stir wet ingredients mixture into dry ingredients until smooth.
* Pour into pan sprayed with cooking spray.
* Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
* Let cool before serving.
