Chicken and Stuffing - Weight Watchers

8 slices Weight Watchers Bread1 stalk celery1 carrot 1 onion20 oz of raw chicken breast1 cube chicken boullion1/4 water1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (low fat)spice to taste
Cube bread and dry
Chop onion, carrot and celery very fine, add spices you like
Combine above, add boulion disolved in 1/4 cup water
Put into sprayed 9x13 pan, place chicken on top, spoon soup in condensed form onto chicken, sprinkle with paprika
Bake 50 minutes covered, remove cover bake 10 more minutes
