BREO Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/4 C flour1/2 t baking powder1/2 t baking soda1/2 t cinnamon1/4 t salt12 T butter3/4 C packed brown sugar1/3 C sugar1 1/2 t vanilla1 large egg2 T milk1 12 oz package mini choc chips1 C Old Fashion Oats1/2 raisins (optional and not used in nutritional calc)
Heat Oven to 375
Combine flour, baking power, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and mix well. In separate bowl, beat butter, sugars and vanilla with electric mixer until creamy; add in egg. Gradually combine flour and butter mixture, add in milk. Stir in chips, oats and raisins(optional).
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 10 -14 min or until edges are crips but centers are still soft. Cool on baking sheets 2 min, remove to wire racks. Cool completely.
