Ingredients
2 cans 99% fat free chicken broth1 cup chopped onion2 zucchini, chopped2 squash, chopped1 cup chopped carrots1/2 cup chopped celery
Directions
Combine all incredients in medium sauce pan and simmer for 20 minutes or until ready to eat.

    I love this soup! I like to have it in the fridge at all times during the winter (and a salad during the summer). So I have no excuses =).
    I use low sodium, organic veggie broth and SPIKE seasoning, the one in the yellow box. So yum! Its on the stove now! =) - 1/24/11

    with all the different varieties of 'squash' just what squash is this calling for. do we really need 4 cups squash or was that a double entry. I just put 3 small zucchini, my mind it trying to think of 8 cups and when my soup is done I'll know if I did ok. - 2/28/10
