Black bean soup

Ingredients
Beans, black, canned 5.25 cup Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp *Chicken Boullion Cube, 2 serving Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp *Trader Joe's Baked Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, 2 oz Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *PAM Cooking Spray, Original, 1 second spray, 1 serving
Directions
Saute onions in PAM. Add 3 cups of water, and boullion. Add canned black beans, cayenne, and cilantro. Blend half of mixture in blender--more if desired. Heat through, and top with crushed corn chips. May also top with cheddar cheese and sour cream if desired. Makes approx 6 1 cup servings.

    OMG!!! This was so simple to make and it tastes fantastic!!!!!!!!! It's kind of confusing up there where it says 6 one cup servings but it has it down as 13 servings, but otherwise this was flippin fantastic!! MMMMM..will make again and again. I recommend no cheese or sour cream just chips perfect!! - 9/16/09
