Ingredients
Olive oilchopped garlic clovechopped onionchopped zucchinichopped cherry tomatoesspinachbasilsalt, pepper
Directions
This is a one seving dish.

Heat the olive oil in a stir fry pan with garlic and onion. Cook until softened. Add Zucchini and stirfry until desired consistency. Add tomatoes, beans and basil; continue to stir fry. Add salt and pepper. I also added a little garlic and onion powder.
