Apple Pie

1 C. flour1 t. salt1/3 C. corn syrup2 T skim milk6 large apples, sliced1 C. splenda1 T. cinnamon1/2 C. flour
Combine 1 C. flour, salt, corn syrup and skim milk with a fork. Shape into a ball and roll with a rolling pin with the pastry between two sheets of waxed paper so that it fits a 9 inch pan that has been sprayed with non-stick baking spray. Trim. Meanwhile combine sliced apples, splenda, flour, and 1 T. cinnamon. Pour into prepared pie shell. Take scraps from rolling out crust and arrange however you like on top of the apples in either decorative cut outs or strips. Bake at 375 degrees for one hour or until browned.
