Parmesan Garlic Whole Wheat Couscous

1cup Harris Teeter Naturals Organic Whole Wheat Couscous1T Great Value Extra Virgin Olive Oil4T Great Value Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping2t Great Value Minced Garlic1 Wyler's Instant Bouillon Cube - Chicken with Herbs and Spices1 1/4cup water
Bring water, olive oil, and garlic to a roiling boil over high heat. Add bouillon cube and stir until dissolved.
Add couscous, stirring quickly.
Cover and remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork and stir in parmesan cheese just before serving.
Makes aprox 6 - 1/2cup servings
