Tomatoes - 1 FreshFresh Basil- Per your tasteWhole Wheat Bread- 2 slicesFat Free Red Wine Vinaigerette - 1 TSPBalsamic Vinegar-1 TSP
Makes 2 open faced sandwiches
Slice the tomatoes and cheese.
Mix both the vinegars.
On each slice- spread the dressing and arrange the tomatoes and basil and cheese. You might be left with some extra cheese and tomatoes.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper if desired.
