2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - pan fried2 cans cream of chicken soup2 cans chopped green chiles1 c. light sour cream1 c. Mexican blend shredded cheeseTaco seasoning10 - 10" flour tortillas1/2 c. Mexican blend cheese
Coat skillet with non-stick spray. Cook chicken breasts with taco seasoning and chop. Combine soup, chiles, sour cream and 1 c. of cheese. Stir in chopped chicken. Wrap flour tortillas in damp paper towels and warm in microwave 45 sec. Unwrap and fill each tortilla with 2 large spoonfuls of filling, rolling and placing seam side down in 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish. Top with remaining filling and sprinkle with 1/2 c. Mexican cheese. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
