refreshing egg salad

Ingredients
2 hard boiled eggsapprox 1/2 cup tomatoe1 piece of celery dicedcilantro diced finely (approx 1/4 cup or less.. varies on personal taste)2 tbsp green onion1 tsp mustard1 tbsp FF mayoa dash of pepper
Directions
dice eggs and veggies, add mustard and mayo and mix. sprinkle pepper as desired.
This makes a large bowl of salad that can be eaten w/o guilt or shared as a side dish; nice for picnics.
