8-10 chicken drumsticks, skin removed (or equivalent amount of wings).5 c. honey.25 c. lite soya sauce.25 c. ketchup4 tbsp. brown sugar1 tsp. garlic powder
Place drumsticks or wings in casserole dish, cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Drain fat. Transfer chicken to clean casserole dish.
Mix together honey, soya sauce, ketchup, brown sugar and garlic powder. Pour sauce over chicken and bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Baste with sauce every 15 minutes. Serve with rice or green salad. Serves 4-5.
