Lasagne Florentine

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 onion, finely chopped500g (2cups) cottage cheese 2% milk1 10oz pkg spinach250 ml(1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese1 jar (2lb 13 oz) Ragu Spagetti Sauce175 ml (3/4 cup) water9 Catelli Express Lasagne Noodles (1/2 box)
Directions
In saucepan, heat oil; cook garlic and onion until tender.
Combine cottage cheese, spinach, half of the mozzarella cheese and onion mixture.
Combine sauce and water, mix well.
In a 13" x 9" baking dish, spread 1/3 of the sauce mixture. Top with 3 lasagne noodles. Spread half of the cheese mixture over noodles, and top with 1/3 sauce. Top with 3 lasagne noodles. Spread remaining cheese mixture over noodles. top with remaining lasagne noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
