Ingredients
1.DeBoles, Carb Fit Elbows Pasta, 1/2 cup, 5 serving, boiled and prepared. 2.Garlic, 5 cloves finely chopped3.Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped 4.Mushrooms, fresh, 250 grams chopped5.Tomato Sauce, 0.25 cup 6.Salt, 1 tsp 7.Pepper, black, 0.75 tsp 8.Olive Oil, 1 tbsp 9.Olive Oil, 1 tbsp 10.El Pollo Loco, Jalapeno Hot Sauce, 2 serving
Directions
1. Heat oil and fry garlic till fragrant. add onions and fry till soft.add mushrooms till cooked.

2. add tomato and hot sauce, pepper, salt and stir well

3. add pasta and cook for 10 minutes stirring well.
