Pork, fresh, loin, blade (chops or roasts), bone-in, separable lean and fat, raw, 5 chop, excluding refuse (yield from (remove)Salad Dressing-Fit & Active Light Italian, 5.3 tbsp (remove)Mustard-Briargate Dijon, 3 tbsp (remove)shake n bake pork coating, 6 serving (remove)Rosemary, dried, .25 tsp (remove)*Potatoes - California White (Raw), 20 oz (remove)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Toss potatoes with dressing in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 7 min., stirring after 4 minutes.
Spread chops with mustard. Add rosemary to shake-n-bake coating mix. Coat both sides of chops with the mix. Place in center of foil-lined baking pan. Arrange potatoes around chops.
Bake 30 min. or until chops are cooked through (160 degrees) and potatoes are tender. Serve.
