Ingredients
Black beans- 1 serving (35 grams)Chicken breast (no skin) - 2 oz (can be more if dinner portion)3 Tbsp salsa
Directions
Cook beans in pot with water.

Cook chicken how desired- bake, or pan with minimal oil.

Place cooked beans on plate, add salsa, top with chicken!

Makes 1 serving, but can easily double (or triple) for more!!
