1.5 lbs. flank steak1 clove garlic1 medium onion, chopped4 cups bell peppers, chopped3 jalapeno peppers, chopped1 (28 oz) can La Victoria Enchilada Sauce - Green Chile
Chop up the steak into bite-sized pieces. Place, with garlic, into a heated pan, and brown. Add chopped onion, bell peppers and jalapenos. Once the onions begin to become translucent, stir in the enchilada sauce. Cook on medium heat until sauce has bubbled gently for five minutes.
Serve with fajita-sized tortillas, low-fat mozzerella and fat-free sour cream. NOTE: The three previously mentioned items are NOT included in the recipe's nutritional information.
