4 oz Chicken Breast, Skinless & Boneless2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed1 tsp Peanut Oil, Pepper Flavored
1. Rinse and Pat Dry Boneless Chicken Breast
2. Mix crushed Garlic and Flavored Peanut Oil together
3. Add Chicken Breast to Garlic & Peanut Oil Mixture
4. After 15 minutes, place Chicken Breast rack over a pan
5. Oven Roast at 375 for 30 minutes.
Oven Roasting time will vary slightly, depending on thickness of Chicken Breast. Do not overcook or Chicken Breast will be dry. Instead of using Pepper Flavored Peanut Oil, you can try other flavored oils.
