Hummus

Ingredients
1 can garbanzo beans, drained but reserve liquidJuice of one lemon1/2 tsp. cumin powder1 jalapeno pepper, sliced1 clove of garlic, sliced1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend as fine as possible. Add the garbanzo beans and blend as well until as smooth as possible. Add more of the reserved liquid if the mixture is too thick. That's it. Serve with pita bread.
