Chicken Tuscan Vegetable Pasta

2 cups low-fat Tuscan herb sauce 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 half pieces of skinless, boneless chicken breast (chunked)Dash of salt1 tsp garlic powder1 bag frozen vegetables 2 cups cooked pasta
In a large pan add olive oil and warm on high heat.
Add chicken, salt and garlic powder.
Cook chicken until light brown in color, then add vegetables and Tuscan herb sauce.
Cook on low.
Boil your pasta for 5 min, drain, and add to pan with chicken and vegetables.
Cover and cook for 15 min. Be sure to stir at least 3 times during cooking.

There is something wrong with the recipe, I counted up the calories and it only comes to 800 calories, this recipe as it stands is for 2 servings. One half a chicken breast and 1 cup of pasta is considered one serving so this has 2 of each thereby 2 servings. Unless it is a side dish? - 8/4/10
