4 whole wheat pitas8 tbsp fruit flavored cream cheeseSliced fruits of your choice*1 cup banana, 1 cup apple, 0.5 cup blueberries, 0/5 cup strawberries, and 0.5 cup mandarin oranges used for recipe calculations)
Prep: Cut pitas in half to have 8 pockets. Slice or chop fruit of choice
Cook: Spread 1 tbsp of cream cheese into each pocket. Fill with pre-cut fruit of your choice and enjoy!

I buy the whole wheat pitas to make myself sandwiches for lunch instead of using the regular sandwich bread, but I'd never though to use it the way you're using it. I might just have to start making me breakfast sandwiches and snacks like you did with this recipe... thanks for the idea. - 10/1/09
