Acorn Squash Clam Chowder

Ingredients
1 T. oil1 onion, chopped2 cups cooked acron squash2 cups chicken broth2 cups water2 cans of clamsitalian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste1 cup kefir
Directions
chop and sautee onions. Add broth, squash, water, seasonings and clams. Bring to a simmer. Reduce heat. and stir in plain kefir. warm gently to serving temperature.
