TOAST ENGLISH MUFFIN, PLACE EGG INTO A SMALL RAMEKIN DISH OR CUSTARD CUP THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH COOKING SPRAY. PIERCE THE YOLK OF THE EGG WITH A FORK SO IT WON'T POP IN MICROWAVE. TOP WITH VEGETABLES AND CANADIAN BACON. COOK IN MICROWAVE ABOUT 45 SEC. OR UNTIL EGG IS DESIRED DONENESS. TOP ENGLISH MUFFIN WITH TOMATO SLICE THEN ADD TOP WITH EGG AND CANADIAN BACON.
MIX CHEEZ WHIZ , YOGURT AND MUSTARD. HEAT IN MICROWAVE. SPREAD OVER TOP OF EGG AND MUFFIN.
