(3 oz.) chicken flavored Ramen noodles, broken up2 T. sesame seeds (optional)2 oz. slivered almonds1 T. butterDressing2 pkg. noodle seasoning mix6 T. sugar1/2 C. vegetable oil6 T. rice or wine vinegar1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Mix chicken breast, cabbage, onions and noodles. Toast almonds and sesame seeds in butter. Add to cabbage mixture. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over cabbage. Toss. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

Note: I use some stevia and a Tablespoon or two of water instead of all sugar. I'd love to find a way to get this flavor with less oil. If someone finds a way, please post here. I'd love to know.

Newman's Own has a light oriental dressing that you could use instead. It is really good. - 2/20/12

I don't use the butter and use olive oil so it is a healthy fat! - 10/2/11
