2 cups broccoli cut up8 mushrooms cut up1/2 head cabbage cut up2 T olive oil3 T balsamic vinegar16 oz can black beans drained1 cup waterdash nutmegdash chipolte seasoning
Put 2 T olive oil in bottom of electric skillet. Stir fry vegetables in 400 degrees. Add all ingredents, stirring occasionally till vegetables are soft and broccoli turns deep green. Enjoy.
