Beef Sroganoff

Ingredients
37 oz Top Sirloin Steak8 oz can Mushrooms2 - 3 Tbsp oil1/2 cup flourchopped onion1 cup Sour CreamApproximately 1 cup water
Directions
Slice raw steak. Fry chopped onion in oil. Add meat. Add flour as meat cooks. Rinse mushrooms and add tocooked meat. Add water to make gravy. Turn heat off and add sour cream. Serve over cooked rice or noodles. Makes approximately 10 servings.
